What is Home Staging?
Home Staging is the art of marketing a property by combining decorating, and design to appeal to the greatest number of buyers. What's the difference between Interior Design and Staging?
Staging is meant for making an emotional connection with potential buyers. Staging's purpose to create a marketable property to attract home buyers.  With our skills and expertise, we can showcase your listing using our skillset. While Staging and Interior Design are similar in some aspects the objectives are very different. Staging focuses on selling your home and creating a marketable property. In Interior Design the focus is on creating a personalized space based on your style preferences.

We are set up to provide you the best in e-design services. What does this mean? We have an electronic based system to provide you the best in interior design services at an affordable price. We can style homes in any town and in any city across the USA with our electronic interior design services. Each design board is curated with you in mind and based on your lifestyle needs. We provide all our clients with designer notes based on each design board, and clickable links for shopping your design.

WHEN TO CALL IN AN EXPERT?
Do you have a Vacant Home without furnishings? Then there is no time to waste! When a property is staged it offers potential buyers a reference point to visualize what can fit in the space. Did you know the majority of people are not able to visualize spaces? In a furnished space a potential buyer will linger in longer than a vacant property. Gaining more potential to get an offer(s) the longer a potential buyer stays in the home.

How are payments handled?
Each client receives an online account or portal. Payments can be made directly from the online portal via Credit Card. Initially, the setup fees are due at the time of signing the contract. Setup Fees are only applied during the first month's payment. Setup includes Prep, Planning, Staging Day "Install" and De-staging or tear-down. The first month's Staging payment is due prior to staging day.
