In a Vacant Staging (non-occupied) home a Professional Home Stager will bring in furnishings and decor to best highlight the features of the home. In doing so we creating connection points with the buyer throughout the home. Staging a vacant property it helps buyers visualize the home and their furnishings within the space. All while creating a welcoming environment that appeals to potential buyers.

To get started the process there are five key questions we will need to know:


  •  Square footage of the property
  •  Is it a full stage or a partial stage (meaning only select rooms)
  •  Budget
  •  Upcoming deadlines such as open houses
  •  Photos of the property (interior and exterior) for bidding purposes

We also offer a property preview to view Vacant homes at an additional charge

This gives us an opportunity to view the home before our Staging day.
